Please Note: WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O BOXES. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION

What is 'Processing time' and How long does it take?
  • Processing time is the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by the business. Orders that require shipping are considered fulfilled when the business gives the shipment to a shipping carrier service.
  • Processing time take 2-3 BUSINESS days for order to ship out. Procession is done Monday- Friday, & CLOSED Saturday & Sunday. If order is placed on Friday it will process the upcoming Monday.
How long is shipping?
  • Shipping take up to 5-7 BUSINESS days AFTER order has been processed.
Can I place an order online & pick up in person?
  • All orders that are made online must be shipped to the shipping and billing address.
Do you accept returns/refunds?
  • All orders are FINAL we do not offer refunds or exchanges! Once you have placed an order with us it CANNOT be cancelled. >>>WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL UNPAID ORDERS<<<

    How do I check my order status?
    • You will receive an order confirmation(via email) once you've placed your AND when your order has been fulfilled. The confirmation includes the tracking number for your package.
